What's New in the Cave?

There are times when only an aged wine will do—when the occasion calls for the subtlety, depth and bottle bouquet that only arrive with proper cellaring. Sometimes you have just the right aged wines in your cellar; sometimes you don't. That’s exactly why we created the Far Niente Cave Collection. Whether you want to enjoy aged wines now, or simply purchase wines that have a head start on the aging process, the Cave Collection is an excellent source to consider.

When we bottle each new vintage, we reserve a small portion of both Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon and enclose these bottles with the iconic Cave Collection capsule. Each year we release the newest Cave Collection vintages and this year's collection includes the 2009 Far Niente Cave Collection Chardonnay and the 2008 Far Niente Cave Collection Cabernet Sauvignon. Limited quantities are available for each wine.
